Create cohesive visual identity and reusable design system
Polish value proposition narrative to be more concise and logical
Identify Issues in Source Content (selected 6 of 12 total slides)
Source content lacks a design system (i.e. inconsistent iconography, missing font hierarchy)and cohesive brand identity, struggles to convey credibility and reliability.
Many text-heavy slides can be replaced with diagrams to improve readability.
Low Fidelity First Draft (selected 6 of 12 total slides)
First draft focused on adopting the most readable layout with minimal color use. This draft also explored a few core colors that conveys professionalism and work well together
Mid Fidelity Second Draft (selected 6 of 12 total slides)
Second draft explored visual patterns and styling, widely incorporated color usage, but there were still plenty of details to correct and polish. This draft also ensured data visualization accuracy and removed visual distractions for better readability
High Fidelity Third Draft (selected 6 of 12 total slides)
Final draft focused on nuanced visual finetuning and copy proofreading, and one last meeting with the client to confirm delivery format and file size before delivery

This design system is created to help scale content with visual consistency.
Even if someone else continues to build this pitch deck, branding stays the same.

A recent(March 2026) follow-up with one of PortalX founding members validated that this polished pitch deck supported PortalX's visible traction gain in the private equity space.
PortalX is currently undergoing another round of pivoting and team recomposition. The next step in their roadmap is targeting a $30M round of capital raising, positioning the startup for expansion into international markets including China.
Though PortalX's current tractions are not directly tied to this pitch deck design, it did establish a strong foundation for articulating the product value proposition and building company and product recognition at an early stage.
